All single client projects are conducted in the strictest confidence.
Unless otherwise instructed, the identity of the client remains anonymous.
Confidence in our ability to conceal their identity is a major factor
behind our sources’ willingness to divulge accurate data freely to us.
Few research agencies enjoy the same close working relationship with
their respondents as we do. Other agencies are often ready to reveal their
sources of information to the client, which destroys the trust so
essential to obtaining objective data between researcher and respondent.
We conduct projects through
- Face to face and/or telephone interviews with key industry personnel
using experienced multi-lingual researchers.
- Extensive field research
using a variety of sources including:
- Over 1,000 industry contacts world-wide from manufacturers to
end-users
- Our own extensive data bank
- Manufacturers’ data
- In our pricing studies, we do not, unlike other research agencies,
use data from machinery distributors as this practice gives
manufacturers a false picture of the true price-to-market achieved by
their distributors and misleading data on competitors’ true
price-to-market.
